How to Connect Knowledge Base from Dyna.Ai
This guide explains how to upload a knowledge file to Dyna.Ai Knowledge Base, connect it to your Agent, and retrieve your API Key and Access Token for integration with BizCard.
π Step 1. Upload Your Knowledge File
Log in to Dyna.Ai Agent Studio.
From the left navigation menu, go to Resource Library - Knowledge Base.
Click +Add Resource to import your knowledge files (supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, XLSX, etc.).
Once uploaded, your files will be automatically indexed and ready for your agent to use.

π€ Step 2. Create and Link Your Agent with the Knowledge Base
In the left panel, click + Create Agent.
Fill in the required details such as Agent Name, Role Description, and Goal. (It does not affect the effect of knowledge base. You can skip the details.)
In the configuration section, select Connect an existing Knowledge Base, and choose the one you uploaded.

βοΈ Step 3. Open Configuration and Integration
In the agent chat window, click Go to Configuration in the top-right corner.
Navigate to the Integration tab at the top of the page.

π Step 4. Get Your API Key and Token
Under Integration β API Call, click API Key.
A window will display your API Key and Access Token.
Copy and securely store these credentials β they allow external applications to call your agent through API.

Step 6. Complete Setup
Youβve now completed all steps:
β Uploaded your knowledge file
β Connected it to your agent
β Published and tested your agent
β Retrieved your API Key and Access Token
Your agent is now ready to respond via API β automatically referencing your connected knowledge base for accurate, contextual answers.
