With just one click on Start Meeting, your discussion is securely recorded. During the session, you can pause anytime, add or remove images, and even switch ASR languages seamlessly between Chinese, English, and Arabic.When the meeting ends, our AI instantly transcribes the recording and generates a concise, enhanced meeting summary, capturing key points and decisions without extra effort. On the summary page, you can also click “Add” to link the meeting with existing or new contacts, create a new one, or save it under “Unknowns” for later.

What This Feature Offers to Users

How it works (Step by step)

Step 1	Click start meetingClick 'start meeting' on the bizcard homepage to begin recording.
Step 2	add/remove images
Step 3	Swtich ASR languagesAfter clicking, a language selection dropdown will be displayed, which must include system language, English, Chinese, bilingual (Chinese and English), and Arabic.
Step 4	pause You can click pause at any time during the recording.
Step 5	minmizeClick on minimize to include the recording transcription process in the meeting summary. The recording will be transcribed or enhanced in the background.
Step 6	Meeting summaryAI information enhancement organizes your meetings clearly and logically.
Step 7	Add to contactYou can store the meeting minutes in an existing contact or create a new contact for storage, and you can also choose to store them anonymously.
