During the session, you can pause anytime, add or remove images, and even switch ASR languages seamlessly between **Chinese, English, and Arabic**.When the meeting ends, our AI instantly transcribes the recording and generates a **concise, enhanced meeting summary**, capturing key points and decisions without extra effort. On the summary page, you can also click **“Add”** to link the meeting with existing or new contacts, create a new one, or save it under **“Unknowns”** for later.
#### What This Feature Offers to Users 1. **Effortless Recording** – Start a meeting with one click (“Start Meeting”). Every conversation is recorded securely. 2. **Flexible Controls** – During recording, users can pause, switch ASR (speech-to-text) languages (Chinese, English, Arabic), or add/remove images in real time. 3. **AI-Enhanced Transcription** – After ending a recording, the system automatically transcribes the audio and generates a concise, AI-powered meeting summary. 4. **Smart Contact Integration** – On the meeting completion page, users can link the meeting to existing contacts, create a new contact, or store it under “Unknowns” if participant details are not available. #### How it works (Step by step)

Step 3Swtich ASR languagesAfter clicking, a language selection dropdown will be displayed, which must include system language, English, Chinese, bilingual (Chinese and English), and Arabic.
Step 4pause You can click pause at any time during the recording.
Step 5minmizeClick on minimize to include the recording transcription process in the meeting summary. The recording will be transcribed or enhanced in the background.
