# Canceling Your BizCard Subscription

### 🟢 Cancel on Apple App Store (iPhone / iPad)

1. **Open Settings**
   * Tap the **Settings** app on your device.
2. **Go to Your Apple ID**
   * Tap your name or profile photo at the top.
3. **Open Subscriptions**
   * Select **Subscriptions** from the menu.
4. **Find BizCard & Cancel**
   * Tap **BizCard**, then choose **Cancel Subscription** and confirm.

> **Note:**
>
> * Cancel before your next billing date to avoid automatic renewal.
> * For refund requests, visit Apple’s Report a Problem.

### 🟢 Cancel on Google Play Store (Android)

1. **Open Google Play**
   * Launch the **Google Play Store** app.
2. **Access Subscriptions**
   * Tap your **profile icon** (top right).
   * Select **Payments & subscriptions** → **Subscriptions**.
3. **Locate BizCard & Cancel**
   * Choose **BizCard**, tap **Cancel subscription**, and confirm.

> **Tip:**
>
> * After cancellation, you can continue using BizCard until the end of the current billing cycle.
